What you'll be doing with us

  • Operative Steuerung des Restaurants in Absprache mit dem Operations Management
  • Eigenverantwortliche FĂĽhrung des Teams und Schaffung eines kollegialen Miteinanders auf Augenhöhe
  • Aktive UnterstĂĽtzung deines Teams auf der Storefläche und in der KĂĽche
  • Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Ziele durch angemessene Planung, Mitarbeiterorganisation, Inventuren sowie Kostenplanung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Standards in Bezug auf Speisen – und Servicequalität
  • Vorbildfunktion & Mentor fĂĽr das gesamte Team

  • Organisationstalent mit Hands-On-Mentalität und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und zu begeistern
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der (System-) Gastronomie als FĂĽhrungskraft, z.B als Betriebsleiter / Restaurantleiter / Restaurantmanager / Store Manager / Assistant Restaurantmanager / Stellvertretender Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
