Schichtleitung/ Serviceleitung (m/w/d)

• Mitverantwortung für die operative Schichtleitung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
• Beitrag zu einem respektvollen, kollegialen Miteinander auf Augenhöhe
• Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im Service sowie an der Bar
• Mitwirkung im Reservierungsmanagement und in der Reklamationsbearbeitung
• Unterstützung beim Auf- und Zuschließen des Restaurants sowie bei der Durchführung des Tagesabschlusses
• Mitverantwortung für die Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Service- und Qualitätsstandards

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, insbesondere im Service

• Professionelles und herzliches Auftreten

• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
