• Du steuerst den Restaurantbetrieb operativ – in Abstimmung mit dem Operations Manager und immer mit Blick aufs große Ganze.
• Du führst dein Team eigenverantwortlich - mit klarem Kurs, offener Kommunikation und echtem Miteinander auf Augenhöhe.
• Du packst mit an – ob auf der Fläche oder in der Küche, du bist da, wo’s brennt.
• Du behältst Zahlen und Ziele im Blick – von Personalplanung über Inventur bis zur Kostenkontrolle.
• Du sicherst unsere Standards – bei Qualität, Service und Stimmung – und sorgst dafür, dass alles rund läuft.
• Du bist Vorbild und Mentor für dein gesamtes Team.

• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an und verlierst nie den Überblick.
• Kommunikationsstärke und Leadership-Qualitäten: Du schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem dein Team gerne arbeitet.
• Leidenschaft für guten Service, starke Qualität und natürlich: für richtig gute Burger.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der (System-) Gastronomie als Führungskraft, z.B. als Betriebsleiter / Restaurantleiter / Restaurantmanager / Store Manager (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.

• Bonus program:
